Alejandro Brittes Quartet
Argentine accordionist Alejandro Brittes is one of the world’s foremost exponents and practitioners of Chamamé music, which originated centuries ago in Northeast Argentina. Chamamé was born out of the merging of Eastern European music brought by immigrant settlers, with local indigenous music and African rhythms. Rarely heard in the States, this is an opportunity to hear and learn about this unique music.

Dior Quartet
The prize-winning Dior Quartet is one of the Classical music world’s best young string quartets. It is currently the Quartet-in-Residence at the Glenn Gould School at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.
Winner of the 2023 Concert Artists Guild Elmaleh Competition, the group was also the silver prize winner of the 2021 Chesapeake Chamber Music Competition and quarter-finalist in the 2021 Bartok World Competition in Budapest.
